The Terrace is a sell out success!

Just a few short weeks after our beautiful new show home was launched at Oscars in Pontcanna, we are happy to report that The Terrace is a sell out success!

All seven properties available in the first phase of the St Winefride’s development, have now been sold (subject to contract) and to say we are pleased is an understatement!

And in even more promising news we have experienced a serious degree of interest in Phase 2 of the St Winefride’s development, to be known as The Crescent.
